What appeals to them? What are they looking for at the exhibition? What do they want to find out? Follow the same path as visitors around your stand so you see what they see – both from a distance and close up. Can they see your branding? Is it obvious you have new products that you want them to see?
Think of your stand as a shop window. Make sure the signage, imagery and products all create the desired image. Ensure your branding is strong enough that people immediately know whose stand they are on.
Allow your stand designer to advise you about lighting and product display. Try something different for you like using screens or electronic presentations.
Make sure all your graphics are eye-catching – use one large hero shot rather than lots of little images. Make sure there’s not too much text to read. A large impactful headline is better than a long sentence. Use lighting to focus on key messages.
Think less is more. Don’t have too much on display; focus on your best products or your new products and not all your products. By having fewer products you tell a simpler story, have more impact, give a clearer message.
